We believe that the ability to bike and walk throughout our city is a critical part of making The City of Everett a healthy and desirable place to live. Support for non-motorized transportation is currently lacking and this needs to be address

ed on two fronts: infrastructure improvements (such as bike lanes, safe routes and intersections, and the completion of missing sidewalks) and cultural acceptance of bicycle and pedestrian modes as legitimate means of transportation.
