I would like to thank everyone who attended Sharing the Spirit of America event (the reading of the Declaration of Independence). This event was to honor the 250-year anniversary of the United States. I would like to thank the Evart Public Schools for partnering with the Evart DDA to bring this event to our community. A special thank you to Mr. Josh Joshnson, Makenna Jensen, Gibby Sims, Isaac Roberts, Quincy Gray, Kody Grabill and Bella Riggleman.

Join us as we celebrate the 250th Anniversary of the Public Reading of the Declaration of Independence!

📜 Experience history come alive as local students and history teacher recreate the tradition of publicly reading the Declaration of Independence, honoring the spirit of freedom, citizenship, and community that has shaped our nation for 250 years.

☔ In case of inclement weather, the event will be moved to the Evart Middle School Auditorium.

I would like to thank Chad Gudding for helping to organize the first Evart Street Party. I would also like to thank Doc and the Revival Band and The Hot Beef Project Band for providing 2.5 hours of great music. Also, thank you to everyone who attended the event Saturday night it was a great evening of music and being with friends.
