“For the Love of Africa Ministries” (FOLA) is a 501(C)3 tax-exempt, non-profit corporation that was founded by Mary Linette in 2013. The organization, which is based out of Evansville IN, works with Christian based ministries to help provide development and support to the poor and needy in Africa. FOLA focuses its work on development, community, and self-sustainability. All programs are designed to improve the lives of an entire community.

Some Masindi leaders came to visit Dr. Gilbert this past weekend to thank him for the food support they received these past 2 months! Dr. Gilbert said they literally cried with such a heart of thanksgiving! Hope you enjoy this video they put together for us! It made me cry!!!

Again, SPECIAL THANKS to all who prayed and financially helped us provide food staples to the 700 Masindi families who were literally starving!! Without each of you helping us, they would have literally died!

Special thanks to all who prayed and/or financially gave towards the Masindi emergency food project! We fed about 700 families (5,000 people) who were in dire need of food! It’s been a very long challenging 6-8 weeks! But God was so faithful!
