Just a heads up we are at 36 out of the 77 households that have paid their dues. Liability insurance has been paid, property taxes will be paid once due and mowing is on the budget but the pond being treated will need to wait unless we get the other 41 households to pay. We were hoping to take advantage of the discount by April 1 with Aquatics Control and hopefully the checks are in the mail. I want to shout out to Mark Norman for clearing up the banks so that we hopefully can help with the water removal. Please share this info with neighbors that are not on Facebook. Also please let us know if another community wide yard sale sounds like something you’d like to participate in this year.
