Missing Pieces Community Development Corporation in collaboration with United Way SWI provides fare-free wheelchair inclusive transportation to Toyota Motors Manufacturing Indiana. This route is filling up quickly. If you are seeking transportation to TMMI on either Blue or Gold shifts please contact our office to be registered as soon as possible. These fare-free routes are available through December 2027 in hopes of assisting thousands with reaching self-sufficiency.

Missing Pieces Community Development Corporation is a 501 c 3 nationwide motor carrier. We are currently hiring part-time CDL drivers. We employ drug free, reliable, outreach conscious drivers. These positions require the use of twenty eight passenger and wheelchair inclusive buses.

If you have been hired at Toyota Motors Manufacturing Indiana and lack transportation please note that funds made available through United Way SWI's 2025 Empowering Employment grant have expanded our Toyota Motors route. The expansion includes employers and vendors located within the TMMI plant. We accommodate both Blue (6:30 a.m. - 3:15 p.m.) and Gold (7:00 p.m. - 4:00 a.m.) shifts.
