Our organization has seen some insane growth this summer through a bopping season of Market on Main EVV, pilot produce partnerships, and new full-time staff. Our team continues to take a leadership role in local fruit and vegetable aggregation as we look to improve our own systems to keep highlighting regional growers and celebrating seasonality. Every week we are so proud to purchase hundreds to thousands of pounds of produce from our friends and neighbors.

Have you ever seen an okra plant before? Our team has been sourcing the most beautiful okra this season from Yard Farm in the Tepe Park neighborhood. Our tip for skipping the infamous slimy okra texture is to roast them in a hot oven for 15-20 minutes. Dip the crispy chips in a simple mixture of yogurt, lime, and your favorite seasonings, and enjoy! 🌞
