On Tuesday, July 7, at the Scottish Rite Valley of Evansville’s 2nd Annual Wild Game Feast and Outdoor Degree, WB Jim Sharp, 33rd Degree was presented with the Medal for Masonic Service by MWB, Illustrious Roger Van Gordon, 33° PGM.

This special honor is bestowed upon a Master Mason who fully embodies the tenets of our fraternity — Brotherly Love, Relief, and Truth — through a lifetime of dedicated character and service to Freemasonry.
Jim, your commitment and example truly inspire us all. Well deserved!

On Tuesday, July 7, the Scottish Rite Valley of Evansville hosted our 2nd Annual Wild Game Feast and Outdoor Degree. We enjoyed a great meal, good fellowship, welcomed four new members into our Valley, and concluded the evening with an outstanding outdoor presentation of the 21° Patriarch Noachite. This degree had not been put on for approximately fifteen years!

Congratulations to WB Jim Sharp on being presented the Medal for Masonic Service by MWB, Illustrious Roger Van Gordon, 33° PGM. This well deserved recognition honors his dedication and service to Freemasonry.

Thank you to everyone who helped make the event a success, and to those who traveled from out of town to join us. We appreciate your support and look forward to seeing everyone again next year.

What a great evening at Tuesday night’s Scottish Rite Member Appreciation Dinner. Good food, fellowship, and some well deserved recognition and awards. A great time was had by all.
