🌲🏕️ Pack 3383 families are invited to join Troop 383 this weekend at Indian-Celina Lakes Recreation Area for a fun outdoor camping trip! 🙂

📍 Friday Plan:
🕠 Meet at church: 5:30 PM
🚐 Depart: 6:00 PM
🏕️ Arrive at campsite around 8:00 PM

Troop 383 scouts will be completing a 20-mile hike on Saturday as part of their Summit preparation and physical fitness goals. Pack scouts are welcome to attend and participate at the level that works best for their family and scout. 🌄🥾

Recommended items to bring:
✅ Sleeping bag & sleeping pad
✅ Tent
✅ Comfortable clothing & extra socks
✅ Daypack, snacks & water
✅ Rain-ready gear

🦟 Permethrin spray on clothing is also recommended to help protect against ticks.

This is a great opportunity to enjoy the outdoors, spend time together, and experience a fun weekend of scouting adventure! 🌲🔥

🪢Last week, Pack 3383 got hands-on learning important with knot tying skills—and it wasn’t just the scouts getting involved! Parents jumped in to learn right alongside their Cub Scouts. 👏
From teamwork to trying something new, it was a fun and interactive night for everyone. Great job to all our scouts (and parents!) for giving it their best effort! 💪🙂

🏕️🌲 Pack 3383 Camping Adventure – April 18–19 🌲🏕️

Pack 3383 is heading out to Lincoln State Park for a fun overnight camping adventure with our Scouts Troop 383! 🥾

📅 Dates: April 18–19
📍 Location: Lincoln State Park

Scouts should:
✅ Eat breakfast before arriving
✅ Come dressed and ready for outdoor fun and adventure

The day will include a 10-mile hike with the troop. This hike is optional for Pack scouts—families may choose what works best for their child, and there will be other ways for Cub Scouts to enjoy the outdoors and participate at their own pace. 🌲🙂

It’s going to be a great weekend of camping, exploring, skill building, and spending time together in the outdoors! 🌄🔥
