Hi Free To Be Friends!

With conference right around the corner, we are SO excited to see you at our sixth annual, Free to Be Still Conference!

Doors open Saturday at 9:00 am for registration, shopping, door prizes, and photos. Check in at Registration with your name or Eventbrite ticket for quick entry. VIP and Premium ticket holders will get a pink voucher to reserve a seat at a table with a pink sign. Your premium swag will be at your seat-you are going to LOVE the beautiful tumbler and Alegria bracelet!

Standard seating guests will get a white voucher to reserve their spot, so you don’t have to leave your purse behind or worry about losing your seat while shopping or looking at door prizes.

Exciting door prizes are up for grabs, generously donated by our community partners and board members! To get three tickets, scan the QR code and complete a quick four-question survey—this helps us know who’s here and what you’d like to see from Free to Be. After completing the survey, bring your phone to the door prize tables in the corner, and you’ll receive three pink tickets. Keep one side for yourself, and write your name on the side you enter for the drawing. Prizes will be drawn during lunch break.

The day is filled with inspiring speakers, story sharing, worship time, panel discussion, and quiet time for reflection. There will be opportunities for you to meet new friends and most importantly, connect with God. Do not let anything prevent you from attending this faith deepening experience!

FAQ’s for the day!

Tickets
Screenshot your Eventbrite ticket confirmation with your name to show at check in OR simply give your first and last name. If you registered under a friend or group, give that name at check-in.

Seating
Tables will be marked VIP, Premium or Standard seating—please sit at any table with the ticket type you purchased. Large groups that requested seating will have reserved tables with their name noted. Table coordinators will be in the room with a hot pink lanyard ready to help you find your seat!

Lunch
Lunch is a hot catered buffet from Schnitzelbank, with Coke products and water available all day at the back drink station. You can also shop and register for door prizes during the lunch break.

Prizes
We have fabulous door prizes you can win. You will scan a QR code at the event to be eligible to receive 3 door prize tickets to place in the prizes of your choice.

Teen Breakout
For the teen breakout sessions, students will be dismissed to their room once in the afternoon. This session led by Amber Boyle & Maddie will be insightful and fun! There is also a lunch time DIY project during a special student hang-out time to get acquainted during the second half of lunch.

Parking
Parking is located right in front of the Friedman Event Center so you won’t have a long walk! Anyone with mobility challenges may be dropped off at the front door.

Shopping
Bring some cash for shopping! We have several conference contributors with amazing items, so cash is king! 🙂 Granted, other payment forms will be accepted.

Authors' Corner
Grab some books, meet the authors and get your book signed! Authors and speakers will be available to sign their copies before, during lunch, and after the event. You can pay cash at the tables or use the QR codes to pay digitally. 

I know this is a lot of info, but the most important thing to remember is to come with an open heart ready to receive.

SO many prayers have gone up for you these past few months. For your families, your marriages, your calling and purpose. We absolutely cannot wait to see God move in your lives March 14 in a very special way. You are worthy of this time of stillness as you grow in your faith and leadership so don’t let anything stand in your way of being in attendance this Saturday! We will see you soon!

As a nonprofit, general contributions made by December 31 are a tax-deductible gift to you and/or your company.

If Free to Be Women’s Leadership community has encouraged you, strengthened you, or reminded you that you God destined you for a life full of beautiful purpose, a year-end contribution is a meaningful way to support the movement.

Your gift helps:

* Sponsor students and adult women seeking leadership growth and/or spiritual growth opportunities
* Underwrite individual seats or full tables at our annual conference
* Support the volunteers, speakers, worship leaders, and facilitators who steward our gatherings
* Cover production expenses for our annual worship night free to the community
* Provide resources for our immersive retreats
* Extend access to those who may not otherwise have it

Food Truck Feature Day 2! ☕️ for Free To Worship Friedman Park Worship Night is Kingdom Grounds Coffee!! 😋

Look y’all -you can't buy happiness, but you can buy coffee, and that's pretty close. 😉 Whether you like your coffee hot or cold, or even want an energy drink over ice- Kingdom Grounds will have you covered for a tasty treat July 21st as we worship together at Friedman Park! We are excited to have them as a part of our line up this year! Come thirsty- for Jesus and coffee! Their menu and prices are below in the pics- see ya soon!
