The Evansville Boxing Program builds healthy spirit, mind, and body through programs like Boxing Fitness classes, Technical Boxing coaching, the YMCA Boxing Team, and RockSteady Boxing classes for Parkinson's patients. All of our boxing programs are meant to glorify God and lift the spirits of individuals inside and outside of the ring.
