A Few months ago, I was invited to speak at the University of Minnesota Library, Kautz collection addressing directors and program managers from YMCA's across the United States on how I utilized the newly digitized collections related to YMCA, especially that of the historic Colored Works department.

The YMCA's Boys and Young Men of Color program helps boys and young men of color develop social and emotional intelligence, a sense of agency and identity, and set them on a career pathway.
