Our 2021 Scholarship recipient is Mr. Cameron Garnett. Cameron is a 2021 graduate of Harlem High School. He will be attending East Tennessee State University in the fall to play football. Cameron is the nephew of TWU Local 279 member Pamela Snelling. Congratulations Cameron and Good Luck! Go Buccaneers!
