Together, we have helped low - to moderate-income households secure safe, affordable housing, not as a handout, but as a foundation for stability and generational progress. The impact of five decades of disciplined service is evident in the neighborhoods we have strengthened and in the dreams of homeownership that have become reality for the families we are honored to serve. Our office will be closed in observance of Presidents Day to honor the leadership and legacy of our nation’s presidents. We will resume normal business operations on Tuesday, Feb. 17th.

In observance of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day, our office will be closed on Monday, January 19th. We will resume normal business operations on Tuesday.

Although our Homeownership Appreciation is traditionally celebrated in June, we would like to take a moment to commemorate the conclusion of Hispanic Heritage Month by acknowledging the invaluable contributions of our partners, staff and the communities we serve, which have been instrumental in our success as an affordable housing organization over the past 50 years. We recognize that our strength lies in our community partnerships and the tireless efforts of our staff. Special acknowledgement to RoMac Media for their exceptional work in capturing the essence of HIP.
