PacOut Green Team PacOut Green Team is a group of avid outdoors people in Humboldt County, CA that pick up trash in the areas in which we play.

PacOut Green Team is a group of avid outdoors people in Humboldt County, CA. It was founded by Tim Haywood (aka SUP Man) and Pacific Outfitters and it's dedicated to keeping the places where we play free of litter and debris. We get together every Saturday at different locations around the county to remove as much litter as possible. Typically our weekly cleanups are 60 minutes long. We understand

that people have lives and that time is limited for most people. Prizes supplied by Pacific Outfitters are awarded to cleanup volunteers every week, and everyone is encouraged to join us. This Facebook group site will be our communication platform to let people know where we are picking up litter on a weekly basis. People can also suggest locations that could be cleaned up of litter and debris. We will also be posting pictures of areas that need to be cleaned up and areas which we have cleaned up. Whatever your outdoor interest is: paddling, hiking, biking, hunting, fishing, etc., we hope you will join us in giving back to this incredible place we call home.

🌊 EUREKA WATERFRONT TRASH BASH 🌊

Join the City of Eureka, PacOut Green Team, and STIL as we work together to keep our waterfront clean and beautiful! 💚♻️

📍 Location: Foot of Vigo Street (next to MOD Pizza)
📅 Date: June 7
⏰ Cleanup: 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM

🥯 Come early!
Arrive at 8:45 AM to enjoy breakfast generously donated by Los Bagels. We'll get everyone signed in and equipped with cleanup supplies before heading out.

🧹 Whether you're a first-time volunteer or a cleanup veteran, we'd love to have you join us. Every piece of trash removed helps protect our bay, wildlife, and community.

📸 We’ll wrap up the event with a group photo and raffle for volunteers!

Join us Saturday, 5/30/2026, for our next community cleanup at the Samoa Bridges Boat Launch in Eureka!

📍 Location:
Meet under the first bridge heading out to Samoa at the Boat Launch parking lot just off Waterfront Drive.

🅿️ Parking:
Free parking is available in the Samoa Boat Launch parking lot.

🧹 Cleanup Areas:
We’ll focus on several key spots along the Eureka Waterfront Trail:
• Boat launch to Target
• Boat launch to the Adorni Center
• Boat launch parking lot
• Halvorsen Park
• Waterfront Drive

⏰ Event Schedule:
• 8:45 AM — Sign-in
• 9:00 AM — Cleanup begins
• 9:45 AM — Group photo & raffle
• 10:00 AM — Cleanup ends

🎁 We are also looking for raffle donations to help reward our amazing volunteers! Small-dollar items and gift cards ($10–$20 value) are greatly appreciated.

No cleanup this weekend — enjoy the kinetics and Memorial Day Weekend instead 🌊♻️

We’ll be back to our regular Saturday cleanup schedule the following week at 9 AM, along with updated cleanup totals for all our volunteers.

🌞 Catching up on some Post Cleanup Reports - This one was from April 18th 🌿

As the water levels dropped, we were able to access a couple of abandoned campsites that were in rough shape. Thanks to our incredible volunteers, those areas are now looking much better. 💪♻️

We especially love seeing kids at our cleanups! 💚 There are always family-friendly areas where younger volunteers can safely make a real difference.

A huge thank-you to the volunteers who brought homemade baked goods for our raffle prizes. 🎁🍪 We love finding fun ways to reward the amazing people who show up and give back to our community.

Blue Lake Casino parking lot (next to the gas station)

🚗 Parking:
Please park in the Blue Lake Casino parking lot.

🧹 Cleanup Areas:
We’ll be picking up trash along Hatchery Road, Blue Lake Boulevard, Perigot Park, and any other areas that need attention.

Join us this Saturday as we clean up the three bridges connecting Eureka to Samoa! Let’s work together to keep our community beautiful and our waterways trash-free. 🚮✨

📍 Location: Samoa Bridges (Eureka → Samoa)
🅿️ Meet Up: First parking lot on the left at Woodley Island after crossing the first bridge from Eureka
🕣 Check-In: 8:45 AM
🧹 Cleanup: 9:00–10:00 AM
📸 Group Photo + Weekly Raffle: 9:45 AM

Cleanup supplies will be provided! Volunteers can walk the bridges or drive to different sections and safely collect litter. All filled bags can be left roadside for pickup by our POGT garbage hauler.

Join us for McKinleyville’s Bi-Monthly 90 Minute Trash Bash and help keep our community clean, safe, and beautiful 💚

🧹 What We’re Doing:
We’ll be cleaning up roadsides, parks, trails, turnouts, greenbelts, and open spaces across ALL of McKinleyville. Wherever help is needed—we’ll get it done 💪

📍 Meeting Location:
NorthCoast Awning parking lot (Central Ave, next to Humboldt Sanitation)

🚗 Parking:
Park at NorthCoast Awning to check in, then head out (walk or drive) to your cleanup location. We’ll have a list of priority areas ready for you!

⏰ Schedule:
• 8:45 AM – Check-in
• 9:00 AM – Cleanup begins
