PacOut Green Team PacOut Green Team is a group of avid outdoors people in Humboldt County, CA that pick up trash in the areas in which we play.

PacOut Green Team is a group of avid outdoors people in Humboldt County, CA. It was founded by Tim Haywood (aka SUP Man) and Pacific Outfitters and it's dedicated to keeping the places where we play free of litter and debris. We get together every Saturday at different locations around the county to remove as much litter as possible. Typically our weekly cleanups are 60 minutes long. We understand

that people have lives and that time is limited for most people. Prizes supplied by Pacific Outfitters are awarded to cleanup volunteers every week, and everyone is encouraged to join us. This Facebook group site will be our communication platform to let people know where we are picking up litter on a weekly basis. People can also suggest locations that could be cleaned up of litter and debris. We will also be posting pictures of areas that need to be cleaned up and areas which we have cleaned up. Whatever your outdoor interest is: paddling, hiking, biking, hunting, fishing, etc., we hope you will join us in giving back to this incredible place we call home.

Join us Saturday, August 29 for McKinleyville’s Bi-Monthly 90 Minute Trash Bash! Let’s come together to clean up roadsides, parks, trails, turnouts, greenbelts, and open spaces throughout town. 💚

📍 Check-in: NorthCoast Awning parking lot, Central Avenue (next to Humboldt Sanitation)
⏰ Check-in: 8:45 AM
🧤 Cleanup: 9:00–10:30 AM
📸 Group photo & raffle: 10:15 AM
🗑️ Dumpster: Available in the back lot of NorthCoast Awning

We’ll be concentrating our efforts on several critical areas along the Eureka Waterfront Trail that run parallel to Bayshore Mall.

We’re back for another Eureka Trash Bash! 🙌

This bi-monthly cleanup is hosted in collaboration with Eco Eureka and STIL Humboldt, and we’re bringing our volunteers together to tackle some critical areas along the Eureka Waterfront Trail.

Hikshari Trail Vista Point parking lot
End of Truesdale Street

🚗 PARKING:
Parking is available in the Hikshari Trail Vista Point parking lot.

One of our amazing community members let us know about a greenbelt just off Lucas St. between Myrtle Ave. and Harrison Ave. that’s become overwhelmed with trash. Now it’s our turn to show it some love! 💚

We’ll be cleaning the greenbelt along Lucas St. as well as the roadway itself.

Every piece of trash we remove helps protect wildlife, keeps our beaches beautiful, and prevents debris from reaching our ocean. 🌎💙

🐶 Dogs are welcome! Bring your furry cleanup buddy along for the adventure.

Join us Saturday, July 11, 2026, as we help keep the three bridges connecting Eureka and Samoa clean and beautiful! 💚

📍 Meet: Woodley Island – First parking lot on the left after crossing the first bridge from Eureka (follow signs toward the marina).
🕣 Check-In: 8:45 AM
🧤 Cleanup: 9:00–10:00 AM
📸 Group Photo & Weekly Raffle: 9:45 AM back at the check-in location.

We'll provide gloves, bags, and cleanup supplies. You can walk to the bridges from the parking lot or drive to a safe pullout along any bridge section. Simply leave your filled bags along the roadside—our Pac Out Green Team garbage hauler will collect them afterward.
