Like many organizations, HBRA, a non-profit, is facing financial challenges during these times. HBRA has provided access to Humboldt Bay for teens and adults for many years.

We are currently asking our friends, current and former members and parents to contribute to the Club in order to meet our ongoing expenses so that HBRA remains viable.

Huge appreciation to these rowers who help make our boathouse a better and prettier place.

Cindy and Dan (not pictured) have been working on fixing our water source to the boathouse. This is vital to our team for washing and cleaning boats!

Karen Sack and her husband come down to mow our lawn, clean up trash, help find ways to utilize space inside the boathouse, help plan fundraisers, help with organizing learn to row, recruiting, writing articles about team races, the list goes on!

Sara Traphagen, Mary Ann McCulloch and Lorraine Dillon have taken over moving our “honey bucket” in and out for it to be serviced. They show up in the mornings and come back in the afternoons to move it in and out, keeping it clean and smelling fresh! Sara and her husband help keep our trailer in shape, assessing it and pointing out repairs that are needed. Lorraine also helps with our fliers and publicity. Mary Ann takes care of our truck along with fees and dos for our program.

The board, coaching staff, and team appreciate your work and involvement in our program. Volunteering your time to our team does not go unnoticed. Thank you for being helpful and constantly working to improve our team, program, and publicity.
