Up to 2000 volunteers are needed for the National Veterans Golden Age Games. This is the first time the games have been held in Utah.

Deadline for pre-registration for the U.E.A. Convention at Provo Lodge is about 10 days away (April 15th). All pre-registrations are $10.00 and members pay $35 after the deadline so get you registrations mailed it soon.
Also, when making reservations at the Hotel, do not take the option that says "Reservations". That sends you to a national reservation center that does not recognize the reservation block we have at the hotel. Do take option "Front Desk". That takes you directly to the main desk at the hotel and they can make the reservations you need in the Elks Block. There are still room available, but the deadline for rooms reservations is April 20th so do not delay.
