We are the nonprofit that produces The Kinetic Grand Championship every Memorial Day Weekend in Humboldt County, California
& The Kinetic Classic Kid Powered Art Race - a youth-focused event. Kinetic Universe is the all volunteer 501c(3) non-profit that serves as a tether; keeping the ever boisterous Kinetic Grand Championship tied to the "real" world.

Humboldt, we have our GRAND CHAMPIONS OF 2026! Taking home this prize for its fourth year, we give you Team Pineapple’s sculpture, Rebel Appliance! Pilot graciously granted KUTV 69 Reporter an interview fresh off the Award Ceremony’s conclusion. Check it out to hear a harrowing tale of how this team rolled into Ferndale “on nothing”!

Kinetic Fairy Sparkle Lumina (aka ) shares with us that we had THREE youth teams racing in the KGC this year! Plus, Wookee Monster (aka ) admits that he’s literally racing For The Cookies. 🍪 💙 Bravo to our youth teams, each of whom took home awards last night! Y’all are incredible and you’ve stolen the hearts of so many spectators with your pageantry, enthusiasm, engineering, and artistry. 🥰
