The lady in the red truck who's always running around, picking up donations to share in the community, asking neighbors what they want and need, and always lending a helping hand.

The Redwood Coast Energy Authority (RCEA) is excited to offer our E-Bike Voucher Program to help make clean, affordable transportation more accessible for local residents.

Eligible RCEA residential customers can receive vouchers worth at least $400 toward the purchase of a new e-bike from participating local bike shops in Humboldt County. Higher-value vouchers are also available for cargo and adaptive e-bikes. The program supports cleaner transportation options while helping reduce transportation costs and greenhouse gas emissions in our community.
