T minus 38 hours troy will be boarding the plane for Montana !! He’s learning his to make his chemo tea and all the stuff now that he has to do at home for the next few months .. they took him off blood thinners the first week he was there and his numbers are stable . He is doing great !! Please keep praying for them — the dreaded scan will be in the next two months but he’s got big plans to kicks it’s arse ! Please pray for safe flights because he’s more than ready to see his girls !!!

Thank you all for continuing to pray for Troy. ❤️
Here's a little update on his journey:
He's feeling great and has already been able to cut his pain medication by more than half. He's staying active with a variety of therapeutic activities, including hiking, eating healthier, trying lots of new foods, drinking chemo tea, and doing fever baths.
He shared that he can actually feel changes in his liver. 🙌🏻 Last Friday's blood work came back looking good, and we'll know more after his next round of testing on Tuesday. He’s eating all greens this week !!
Please keep the prayers coming. We are so grateful for every prayer, message, and word of encouragement. One day at a time, and we're trusting God through it all. ❤️🙏

Today’s update :

He received a wrap that's intended to help shrink the tumor. He said he could actually feel something happening with his liver last night and into the early morning. 🙏🏼
Despite everything, they still joke every day, spend time in the sauna, go to bible meetings and are doing lots of other supportive therapies. He's feeling well so far. He's currently on a 3-day fast, and tomorrow he'll be able to have fruit again.
Please keep sending positive thoughts and prayers his way. He's determined and continues to face this with incredible strength. ❤️

Day 1 update 💙
Today was all about getting settled in. The place wasn't quite what he expected, but after all the meetings, one thing is certain... he's ready to kick cancer's ass.
The plan starts with fasting, and then treatment begins. This is just the first step in a long journey, but he's determined to fight with everything he's got.
Thank you to everyone for the prayers, messages, and support. They truly mean the world to him and our family.
We'll continue to keep everyone updated as we move forward. One day at a time. 💙

Watching a 16-year-old have to say goodbye to her dad as he leaves for cancer treatment is something no child should ever have to experience. The fear, the tears, the uncertainty—it's a weight that's impossible to understand unless you've lived it.

Please keep this amazing father and his beautiful daughters in your thoughts and prayers. As he begins this fight, they are praying, and believing he'll come home stronger. Their bond is unbreakable, and love like theirs is worth fighting for.
Dad, we're all behind you. Fight with everything you've got. Your daughters loves you more than words can say, they are waiting for the day they can wrap her arms around you again.

Ya’ll one more request !! Please lift Elisha up in prayers too !! She’s also from eureka !!

Dear God,

I lift up Elisha to You as she prepares to begin chemotherapy on Friday. Please surround her with Your peace and courage as she faces this treatment. Give her strength for each day, and help her body respond well to the medicine. Ease any pain, nausea, fear, or exhaustion she may experience, and renew her hope when the days feel long.

Guide the hands and minds of her doctors, nurses, and everyone caring for her. Grant them wisdom, compassion, and skill in every decision they make.

Bless Elisha's family and friends with the strength to support her and encourage her. Remind her that she is deeply loved and never alone, even in the hardest moments.

May each treatment bring her closer to healing, and may she find comfort, rest, and moments of joy along the way. Fill her heart with hope and give her the confidence to face one step at a time.

Amen.

What a great day!! Everyone gathered for dinner to send troy off tomorrow to treatment !! He got to enjoy his beautiful girls , chance and his grandkids 🤍🤍

Lord we lift troy up to you today as he travels for his cancer treatment tomorrow ! Please grant him safe passage, protect his health along the way, and guide the hands of his medical team. Surround him with Your peace, give him strength for each step, and bring total healing to his body. Amen!!
Also a big shout out to Bart Roose for taking the time to give him a ride tomorrow to Spokane .
