Top Notched Community Cats We are a non-profit org. working with CAREGIVERS of feral/stray/homeless community cats by providing TNVR: trap-neuter-vaccinate-return. WE DO NOT REMOVE CATS.

Donations are accepted by Cash, Check or paypal (see pinned QR code) Our volunteer organization is dedicated to humanely reducing the population of feral cats. We accomplish that goal via TNVR: trap - neuter - vaccinate-return. Additionally we'll educate the public on TNVR and, more broadly, the need to protect community cats.
