There should never be any compromise or exceptions, when it comes to the education and growth, of our youth. Within, 20-30 years, they will be taking responsibility, of our Country and our social services. It only makes complete sense that We should want all of them to succeed.
It should be mandated that all children have the same resources after elementary courses.
It is imperative that they all have the ability to read, write and understand the importance and processes of decision making.
