As mentioned at the October Roundtable, we will have Recharter Training tonight at November Roundtable. Please have someone from your unit in attendance.

Some things to remember to make recharter easier for you and your unit:
All registered adults must have a new background check form signed. It was sent in early October by Boy Scouts of America.
All registered adults must have current YPT.
Your unit's Key 3 received an email in late October from Linda Presley with your unit's specific log on code.
Start working on your Journey to Excellence (JTE) form. Log volunteer hours at https://servicehours.scouting.org/UI/Security/Login.aspx
Collect any youth applications and fees that haven't been turned in yet.

Our District Turn-In Party will be December 5 at the next Roundtable. Please bring your completed paperwork, youth applications, supporting documents (YPT certificates for new adults, background check forms and JTE form,) and a check made payable to the Longhorn Council.
