Safety is something we often take for granted until it’s gone.

Tonight, as millions across the world sleep soundly behind locked doors, over 10 million people in Sudan, the largest displaced population on earth, are spending another night in makeshift camps.

Despite the unimaginable loss, their resilience is breathtaking.

They are fighting daily to protect their families, their dignity, and their hope. But they shouldn't have to do it in the dark, and they shouldn't be ignored by the world.

The media might be silent, but we don’t have to be.

Swipe to understand the reality, and SHARE this post to make sure Sudan is not forgotten.

Every child deserves to grow up feeling secure, nurtured, and valued. ✨

Right now, thousands of orphaned children in Sudan are navigating displacement alongside widowed mothers who are doing everything they can to protect their children's dignity and keep their dreams alive.

They aren't looking for pity; they are striving for stability.

Through Amel Foundation’s Orphan Sponsorship Program, your $75/month (just $2.50 a day) does far more than cover basic needs. It creates a complete safety net for a child and their family:

🌾 Food Security: Ensures the family has daily nutritious meals.

📚 Education Support: Keeps the child in school with books and supplies.

🩺 Healthcare & Hygiene: Provides essential health and protective care.

🕊️ Peace of Mind: Gives a widowed mother the relief she needs to raise her child with dignity.

You aren't just sending aid; you are directly investing in a child's future.

Sudan is not a distant story.

For many of us, it is home. For others, it is the story of a community that needs us to care. 🇸🇩
In this message, Dr. Sheikh Muhammad Nur Abdullah shares what he witnessed during his time in Sudan and reflects on the immense challenges facing families who have lost their homes, stability, and loved ones.

He also reminds us of the responsibility we share toward one another: when one part of our community is hurting, we cannot simply look away.

Through Amel Foundation, our community has a way to turn that concern into meaningful support for vulnerable families and children in Sudan, including children who have lost parental care.
Your support can help Amel continue standing with those who need it most.

Donate to Amel Foundation and stand with Sudan. 🇸🇩

As a parent, you know that caring for a child is never about one moment.

It is about showing up again and again, protecting their dignity, supporting their growth, and helping them feel safe, valued, and seen.

Sponsoring a child does not mean replacing their family.

It means standing beside them with consistent support for education, nutrition, healthcare, and greater stability.

Before you sponsor, ask yourself one question:

Can I stay committed even after the story is no longer in front of me?

Support children in Sudan through Amel Foundation’s Orphans Program.

A moment from Amel Foundation’s recent participation in an event hosted by the Sudanese Aviation Association in America. 🇸🇩✈️

Our team member Seba Al-Tayeb took the opportunity to introduce Amel Foundation, share more about our mission, and speak about the work we continue to do in support of communities across Sudan.

For us, being present in spaces like this is also about strengthening connections within the Sudanese community and helping more people understand how they can be part of supporting Sudan.

When members of our community support one another, the impact reaches much further. 🇸🇩

During our recent collaboration with the **Sudanese Aviation Association in America**, **Abdulrahman Mohamed Nour Mustafa**, a member of the association, shared a simple message about Amel Foundation: our work in Sudan matters, and it deserves the continued support of our community.

For Amel, partnerships like this are about more than sharing a stage. They are about building stronger connections among Sudanese professionals, organizations, and communities while keeping the needs of people in Sudan at the center.

To everyone who supports, partners with, volunteers with, or speaks about Amel’s work: thank you for helping us continue.

Together, we can keep turning community support into meaningful action.
