Looking for a fun way for your child to stay active, learn something new, and connect with others this fall? We’ve got two great options!

🧘‍♀️ Girls Yoga | 4th–8th Grade
📅 Tuesdays, 4–5 PM | Starting October 6
💲6 weeks | $70
Led by Jordan Lindstrom-Demant of Everyday People Yoga Studio, this class combines yoga, breath work, mindfulness, and creative activities to help girls build strength, flexibility, confidence, emotional awareness, and positive connections with their peers. 💚

🥏 Intro to Disc Golf | 4th–8th Grade
📅 Thursdays, 4–5 PM | Starting October 15
💲6 weeks | $65
A fun introduction to the fundamentals of disc golf! Kids will build new skills, confidence, and strategy while getting active outdoors, making friends, and discovering a sport they can enjoy for years to come. 🌲🥏

We have two great soccer opportunities coming up at the Kidsports Fieldhouse, with programs for athletes of all ages and abilities!

⚽️ SOCCER FOR ALL – UNIFIED SOCCER
Ages: 3rd–8th grade
Dates: Saturdays, September 19–October 24
Time: 11:00 AM–12:00 PM
Location: Kidsports Fieldhouse

Soccer for All means everyone! ❤️ This inclusive program brings kids of all abilities together as teammates for skill development, games, teamwork, and fun. Players will be placed on teams and receive a uniform to keep! The final session on October 24 will be a mini tournament open to family and friends. 🏆

⚽️ FITKIDS LITTLE KICKERS SOCCER
Ages: 3–6 years
Dates: Saturdays, September 19–October 10
Time: 10:00–10:45 AM

What a fun opportunity for some of our Kidsports athletes! 💛💚

The team got to be national anthem buddies at a University of Oregon Women’s Soccer game! ⚽️ They joined the players on the field for the national anthem and then got to stay and cheer on the Ducks as they competed.

We love seeing our Kidsports athletes getting these opportunities to experience the sports they love in such a cool way! 🦆💚 What a memory to make!

Meet Beth! ❤️

For this week’s Back to School spotlight, we’re celebrating someone who has been a huge part of the Kidsports community for years. Meet Beth Nitkoski, our Early Childhood Development & Camps Coordinator! 👋

Beth’s connection to youth sports runs deep. She has coached, served as a Sports Manager, and now shapes our early childhood and camp programs—bringing years of experience, knowledge, and a genuine passion for helping kids thrive.

For Beth, youth sports are about so much more than learning a sport. They give kids a sense of belonging and community, while creating opportunities to challenge themselves, set goals, overcome obstacles, and build confidence.

She’s also seen that impact firsthand as a parent of five, watching sports help shape her children into the incredible adults they are today.

Today, Beth continues to work in youth sports because she believes in the lifelong impact of positive sports experiences for ALL kids. Her goal is to use everything she has learned throughout her years in the Kidsports community to make sure every child we serve gets the very best out of their experience.

We’re incredibly lucky to have Beth—and all of the passion, experience, and heart she brings to Kidsports. 💙⚽️🏀⚾️🏈
