Max certified weight 140 lbs 4th Gr- Focus on teaching fundamentals in a fun, competitive environment. Max certified weight 120 lbs 2nd/3rd Gr- Focus on teaching fundamentals in a fun, less competitive environment. Max certified weight 90 lbs Kindergarten/1st Gr- Teaches basic fundamentals in a fun environment. Max certified weight 75 lbs

We also now offer CHEER!!! Our cheer program is to get participants comfortable with the fundamentals of SIDE LINE cheer.

All of our coaches go through a background check, are USA Football and AAU certified, and each team will have a first aid certified coach as well. All participants are also covered under the AAU sports insurance for the year (even if they play other sports after our season).
