We still have some room in our upcoming Puppetry for Beginners class!

Join Jessica Ruth Baker as she teaches the basics of making your very own puppet pal! From felt to paper, costar to best friend, create your new, animated friend in this class. Classes run Tuesdays, from 2 - 3:30 PM, September 15, 22, and 29.

Only $50 for all three session; price includes class materials. 🎭

Starting tomorrow through Saturday, September 12, we will be open 12 PM – 2 PM each Saturday for So Small drop-offs. If you have a 9-5 and can’t make it to the studio during the week, this is the perfect time for you!

All submissions can be dropped off our mailed to our studio at 110 E 11th Ave, Ste. C Eugene, OR 97401.

REMINDER: Our October-November show, Menagerie of Make-Believe, is right around the corner. This show features artwork depicting animals, both real and imaginary, and the habitats they live in.

Submissions for our October- November show, Menagerie of Make-Believe, are due no later than September 14! All entries can be submitted to our online form at the link in our bio!

Want to donate art for So Small, but don’t have the right materials? Come to our workshops on Monday, August 31st and/or Wednesday, September 16th, to make small art. Enjoy access to materials and instructor support while you make your tiny creations!

There are two separate available days for the workshops, and both require individual registrations. You do not need to register for both. Each workshop runs from 1 PM – 6 PM, but you do not need to be there the entire time.

Our 11th Annual So Small will be Sunday, September 20th from 12 PM – 5 PM at 5th Street Market Alley. Art can be donated in-person between 10 AM – 5 PM, Tuesday – Friday, at 110 E 11th Ave, Ste. C, Eugene OR 97401.

Scholarship applications open today for our upcoming fall term! Classes will be October 6 – December 18, from Tuesday - Friday.
Our classes this term include:
- Open Studio, our choose-your-own adventure class. Create anything you want, with access to all materials and instructor support! (Price: $115 - $130)
- Mural Magic 2, our second edition to this fun class that allows you to make your mark on Eugene. Come paint the rest of our alley in this afternoon class! (Price: $130)
- Freeform Ceramics, our newest clay class that allows you to create anything you want with clay. From bowls to figures to structures, you can mold anything with your hands! (Price: $160)
- Creative Cooking, our fall cooking class that teaches you a bunch of new recipes. Come learn the basics of cooking or expand the skills you already have! (Price: $90)
- Mosaic Musings, our classic mosaics class, where you can build beautiful designs from colorful glass. From lamps to pictures to vases, decorate your home with your designs! (Price: $140)

We are only 4 WEEKS OUT from our 11th Annual So Small Miniature Art Auction!
We are so excited for this event, and we can’t wait for you to see all of the amazing artwork we are receiving!

We are still accepting pieces for So Small ’26! Reminder: we ask that pieces have a surface area no larger than 3 x 3 inches. Art can be dropped off between 10 AM – 5 PM, Tuesday – Friday at 110 E 11th Ave, Ste. C, Eugene, OR 97401.

So Small will be at 5th Street Market Alley on Sunday, September 20th from 12 – 5 PM.

Our scholarship form for fall classes opens next Tuesday, so here’s a sneak peek at the last class term of the year!

Open Studio: Want to explore a variety of media? This class is for you! Create anything you want with instructor support. $115 - $130.

Mural Magic 2: We’re completing our takeover of the alley in this murals class. Didn’t get to be part of the mural we designed in the spring? No worries! Sign up today for this magical mural class. $140.

Freeform Ceramics: Clay all day! This morning class offers a chance to make anything you want out of clay – dishes, figures, structures, you name it! Craft your own clay designs by hand in this class. $160.

Creative Cooking: Want to switch it up in the kitchen, but not sure where to start? This class will explore different recipes and techniques sure to impress your friends. Only $90 for 9 weeks!

Mosaic Musings: It wouldn’t be a term at Radiant without our beloved mosaics class. Start your weekend off by making almost anything you want with bits of colorful glass! $140.

CALL FOR ART!
We are now accepting submissions for our October-November exhibition, “Menagerie of Make-Believe.” All submissions for this show should depict animals, both real and imaginary. Artwork of various media is encouraged for this show.

All pieces need to be digitally cataloged in our online form no later than September 14th, and intake will begin the following week. Our call for art details our specific intake requirements.
