Racist and xenophobic remarks are not tolerated. Transphobic and homophobic comments are not permitted. Sexist and abusive language is not tolerated. Discriminatory language, behavior, or actions due to race, color, religion, s*x, national origin, age, s*xual orientation, gender identity, familial status, physical or mental disability, housing status, or assumed or known documentation status is strictly prohibited. Weapons are not permitted inside the building. Secured weapons must be kept at least 30 feet away from the building. Unsecured weapons are not permitted on the property. Explosives are not permitted on the property at any time. Threats and aggressive behavior including property destruction and/or defacement are strictly prohibited. Protestors are not allowed within the private bounds of the property. Unauthorized photography or video recording of building guests is prohibited. VIOLATION OF ANY OF THESE AGREEMENTS MAY RESULT IN DENIAL OF BUILDING SERVICES AND/OR A REQUEST TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY. REFUSAL TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY MAY RESULT IN A FORMAL TRESPASS. IF SOMEONE IS VIOLATING THE DIGNITY AND/OR SAFETY OF YOU OR ANOTHER GUEST, PLEASE CONTACT THE HOST OF THE PROGRAM YOU ARE ATTENDING AND/OR BUILDING STAFF IMMEDIATELY.
