Lane County 4-H Oregon Lane County 4-H is part of the Oregon State University Extension Service in Lane County. Lane County 4-H creates positive youth development opportunities!

We work to build young people who are empowered, confident, hard-working, determined, responsible and compassionate. We at 4-H provide learning opportunities including how to speak in public, budgeting, cooking basics, welding, forestry, civil service, photography and so much more. We provide a safe, diverse and inclusive environment to ensure access and equity for all.

Join us in Veneta for a free youth emergency preparedness workshop! Learn about different types of natural disasters and how youth can take steps to be prepared. Participants will receive a free go bag and learn how to make a multi-purpose paracord bracelet!

It’s National 4-H Week and we’re celebrating Clovers for a Cause! 💚

Meet Caroline, one of Lane County’s representatives on the Oregon 4-H State Ambassador Team! State Ambassadors help represent 4-H across Oregon, develop leadership skills and give back to their communities.

From October 4-10 you can support the State Ambassador Team through Clovers for a Cause! If the team reaches 18 donors, they’ll unlock an additional $1,500 to support their work 🙌
