Did you know that Bottledrop will match 20% of the blue bag totals between now and April 26?! Please help us get the word out and fill a bag or 2 or more! If you have cans and bottles that you would like to donate let me know and we will pick up.

Also if you dont have cans and bottles to donate but still want to help the non profit you can donate directly from your bottledrop account! Follow these steps!

* open the app
* tap activity on the bottom of the screen
* tap the top right orange button 'use my money'
* tap middle of the screen non-profit donations.
* look up Women's Empowerment Partnership and add
* choose the amount that you would like to donate and confirm.

We're thrilled to be participating in BottleDrops 6th Annual Earth Week Give β€” and we need your help!
What is Earth Week Give? Earth Week Give is a special fundraising event hosted by BottleDrop running April 15–26, 2026. Every dollar raised through bottle and can returns during this period can earn a 20% match from BottleDrop Give β€” up to $55,000 in matching funds available across all participating nonprofits!
Here's how you can support us:
πŸ›οΈ Drop Blue Bags – Pick up BottleDrop Blue Bags from us, fill them with your returnable bottles and cans, and return them at any BottleDrop location between April 15–26.

*We can also pick up cans and bottles and transfer them to blue bags so we get the matching amount.

Success Story!

Wanda is a bright spirit, always positive and upbeat. She was a victim of a near-fatal domestic violence incident. Some five years ago in which she sustained such a severe head injury that she had to learn to walk talk, use her arms hands and legs again. She still suffers from some cognitive deficits. One for example, is inability to drive a car safely. She had been working in daycare, close to where she lives. She was referred to us by her Department of Health and human services caseworker, as she was no longer able to work, because she developed severe ulcerative colitis and had to be hospitalized. We stepped in to assist her with rent money food Aid, phone service and utility bill assistance. Until she could stabilize herself in housing and be back to working in self, sustaining
