As an organization (and personally) we are less active on social media these days, but that doesn’t mean we have slowed down in our work! We know that for many, FB is how you follow and keep up with us. Below you’ll find a link to our most recent newsletter!

In these chaotic and often upsetting times, we are doing our level best to stay steady and stay the course. Thank you for following our work and supporting our mission. Shout out to Ariadne Labs for the work they are doing on Communication and Resolution Programs. Calling on hospitals (and for people who work in them to nudge their hospital administrators) to join the PACT Collaborative for training and guidance in how to respond to harm events, adverse outcomes, and medical errors.
