In our second year, a lot happened!
The Revelers Performance Troupe rang in 2025 with the Eugene Country Club, travelled over the rainbow at a fundraiser for Looking Glass Community Services, brought the lime green to Oregon Country Fair, served up the softer side of villainy at the Dorris Ranch Haunted Hayride, and delighted a packed house at our own Revelers Bizarre Bazaar.
We premiered our first ever Q***r and Allied Circus Artist Showcase in March. Performers created their own pieces to delight a crowd of nearly 200 people at the Ragozzino Performance Hall.
Youth performers brought Candy Land to the stage in September, drawing a crowd of almost 250 back out to Ragozzino. The show was incredible - bursting with confident performances, daring aerial feats, gorgeous costumes, and a ton of fun!
Our second annual Revelers Bizarre Bazaar came to spooky fruition at the Farmers Market Pavilion in October, and it was free to attend! There was so much support for this amazing event from our community. Around 350 people turned out to trick-or-treat, play games, browse wares from local vendors, volunteer, and cheer on Thrill the World Eugene and the Revelers Performance Troupe.
On the numbers side, in 2025 we received over $10,000 in funding from local grants, as well as generous community donations and corporate sponsorships. This funding not only supported programming core to our mission, but it also created room for us to offer reduced prices for performance opportunities for artists, flexible ticket pricing for audience members, and $1760 worth of donated tickets to local organizations serving our community. In keeping with our goals to compensate our professional artists, we were able to offer professional development opportunities as well as pay for performing and teaching artists, totaling over $2000 in professional artist investment.
We’re so lucky to have such an incredible community! Thank you for your support. You truly make it possible for circus to thrive.
