About the Role: As our Bookkeeper/Office Manager, you will be an essential part of our cooperative, helping to ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will handle a range of responsibilities, including bookkeeping, payroll, maintaining office equipment, and supporting the Management Committee with financial reports. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with our members and contribute to a positive and collaborative atmosphere.

Compensation:
- $22 - $44 per hour, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all bookkeeping and financial reporting for the cooperative.
- Maintain office operations, including managing supplies and equipment.
- Support the Management Committee with regular financial reports and annual audits.
- Foster positive communication and a collaborative atmosphere within the cooperative.
