Sunset Soup is a monthly micro-granting dinner created with the goal of bringing the Lane County Community together in support of local projects that have a positive impact on the community. With a $5 donation you will receive soup, salad, bread and the opportunity to vote on one of the 4 projects selected to pitch on the evening of the event...it is a fun way to show our younger audience how demo

cracy work, that we are all interdependent on one another, that community sustainability is essential for growth and that they too have a voice and a right to vote and select the project they liked best all while planting the seed in their heart that they too can create change. Sunset Soup is a safe space for everyone to connect, collaborate, inspire, become inspired, start much needed conversations, and bring back the humanity aspect of our neighborhoods in a world too often dependent on facelessness of technology.
