Southtowne Rotary in Eugene, OR has been dedicated to doing good in the world since our founding in 1975. With almost 100 members, we're currently the second largest Rotary Club in Eugene, and by far the most lively! Southtowne Rotary has devoted countless hours and raised millions of dollars to help create new educational opportunities for youth, distribute aid to the disabled and homeless, provi

de food for the underprivileged, improve outdoor and recreational living environments, and support visual and performing arts. Most of our community service takes place under the auspices of the Southtowne Rotary Foundation. We gather weekly on Thursdays at noon for fellowship, and in commitment to the service for others. Gregoire Ahongbonon, the president and founder of Association Saint Camille, was awarded the 2025 Ahmadiyya Muslim Prize for the Advancement of Peace. It was presented on May 20, 2026, in Surrey, England. Association Saint Camille, an NGO, provides mental healthcare in West Africa and is supported by Eugene Southtowne Rotary.

Postcard from Peru: Jean Stover of Eugene Southtowne Rotary and Delta's own Roxanne Gillespie crossing a pass at 18,000 feet about sea level, on their way to Cusco Peru. Roxanne writes, "We will have host families and a Rotary dinner tonight. Many of the Rotarians who are hosting us will be traveling to Eugene for their RFE journey on June 29-July? It is wonderful to meet them here in Peru and then to see them against the end of June. They are very excited."
