What looks like a simple dirt road is actually a gateway for illegal deforestation. These repeated tire tracks show where vehicles have pushed unto the forest to clear land, disrupt wildlife habitat, and threaten people who have relied on these ecosystems for generations.
To confront this our volunteers are pursuing de funding of opportunities to help defend the forest from further loss.
Lo que parece un simple camino de tierra es en realidad una puerta de entrada para la deforestación ilegal. Estas repetidas huellas de neumáticos muestran dónde los vehículos han amontonado el bosque para despejar el terreno, perturbar el hábitat de la fauna silvestre y amenazar a las personas que han dependido de estos ecosistemas durante generaciones.
Para combatir esto, nuestros voluntarios buscan oportunidades de financiación para ayudar a proteger el bosque de una mayor pérdida.
