Engaging Eugene was founded in late 2013 by Becky Hart and Anastasia Ehlers, and officially kicked off with our first event at the Barn Light in January 2014. Stevi Sayler came on board to assist Becky when Anastasia had to step away, and together they hosted monthly networking events until 2021! In the midst of the pandemic, both Becky and Stevi made the decisions to step away from leading Engagi

ng Eugene for various reasons -- and we passed the torch on to Caley of Black Elephant Photography in 2022. Engaging Eugene's goal, as always, is to provide a welcoming community for wedding professionals to come and connect with one another, build relationships, refer business, and talk about this incredible industry that we are apart of.

It’s crazy to think that our last event of the season is almost here! Here at Engaging Eugene, we break for wedding season from June-Sept and will pick back up in October for monthly get-togethers.

So, join us for a special wedding season kick-off event on Thursday, May 8th at from 5:30-7:30 pm. Paige with .andsunlight.events is my co-host for this event and she is putting together a great event — if you are interested in collaborating, please reach out to her!

Please note we’ve had a LOCATION change! Same date as originally planned, April 10th but our location has moved to and we have extended the event slightly to 4:30-7:30 pm. 🙌🏻

This is an extra special event because we have linens coming down from Seattle for a pop-up show room!! 🙌🏻

You will not want to miss coming by and seeing/feeling these gorgeous linens in person. There will also be an opportunity to book appointments on the 9th and 10th to come by the pop up and we’ll be sharing a link for that soon!

Because of our location change (the original venue was doing apps + drinks) we are on a last-minute search for a couple more vendors to contribute to this event — if you are interested in collaborating, please reach out asap! And make sure to RSVP on Facebook so we can get an accurate headcount.

Who’s joining us on March 12th!?

We’ll be meeting up at in Harrisburg from 530-730pm. Rick with is our co-host for this event and will providing music/DJ services and a photobooth. We’ll have food from Casey J’s Catering and we’re still working out the details for drinks.

If anyone else is interested in partnering and showing off what you have to offer, please reach out! We had around 45 wedding pros at our event at Mount Tom last year 🙌🏻

Good morning, hope you all had the merriest day yesterday!!

Our next event is coming up SO quickly — make sure to have your calendars marked for January 7th at the NEW 5th St. Garden Plaza at from 5:30-7:30 pm. This is the former sweet cheeks and Alesong tastings rooms on the 2nd floor right next to Inn at the 5th.

We are SO excited for our next event on 12/5 at ! Our co-host has put together a fantastic evening for us with help from , , , , , and a raffle prize from .

will be providing a shuttle from the Target parking lot on W. 11th! Meet between 4:45-5:00 pm and we are asking guests to pitch in $10-$20 to help cover transportation costs.

The Inn will be decked out in festive holiday decor — feel free to wear your fave holiday outfit! 🎄🎅🏼
