Valentine’s Day is about caring for the people we love — in all the ways that matter.

For someone you care about who is struggling with a gambling disorder, showing them love can look like patience, understanding, and support — not pressure or ultimatums. You don’t have to have all the answers. Just simply being there is what matters.

If you think your loved one might need help, confidential support is available anytime at 1-800-333-HOPE. To participate in motivational text-messaging, text EncourageMeMN (English) or AnimameMN (Spanish) to 53342.
