This morning, EEF presented Eugene School District 4J with a check for $212,599, covering 2026-2027 enrichment grants, our artists in residence commitment, and classroom supplies for the 2026-27 school year.
And this is just a glimpse of what we hope to do this year!
None of it happens without our educators, donors, and community. Thank you for backing 4J students.

On Aug. 7, we had the best time hosting our second annual Smarty Pints Trivia Night at Ninkasi Brewing!

Smarty Pints is a fundraiser where we give back proceeds to an important classroom need. This year we are proud to announced we raised more than $15,000 for school supplies for Eugene School District 4J elementary schools! Our EEF Board of Directors just wrapped a retreat setting the course for 2026-27. In a tough budget year for 4J, this team spent the day doing the real work, asking hard questions, thinking long-term, and recommitting to what EEF does best: making sure Eugene’s students and educators have what they need to thrive.

Thank you to these volunteer advocates for showing up for our kids! What a great and uplifting day!

Congratulations to the Boys and Girls Club of Emerald Valley! Last night we attended their annual fundraiser, Field of Dreams, where they raised more than $300,000!

We were honored to attend, support, and celebrate the remarkable work Boys & Girls Clubs of Emerald Valley does each day. Cheers to nonprofit partners like these who share our commitment to giving every kid the opportunity to thrive!
