Are you 14–24 and ready to make your voice heard? Join other LGBTQ+ youth in shaping conversations, strengthening our community, and creating meaningful change in Lane County.

As a Youth Advisory Board member, you’ll:
📚 Review Lane County school policies
🎤 Listen to and engage with public testimony
💡 Collaborate on youth-focused solutions
🏳️‍🌈 Strengthen local GSAs

🎁 Receive a $25 Visa gift card for each meeting you attend!

Space is limited to 15 board members at a time.

The Trans Masc Support Group is a monthly, discussion-based, volunteer-facilitated group for trans masculine and questioning folks aged 18 and older, where they can support one another in a facilitated environment. It meets on the first Thursday of every month at 1590 Willamette St.

Are you seeking an environment where you can flourish, connect, and take charge? The Youth Empowerment Project has a monthly gathering for LGBTQIA2S+ individuals aged 14 to 24 who are eager to transform their visions into reality.

In our cohort, you can:
- Discover your voice
- Cultivate leadership abilities
- Network with fellow youth
- Turn your ideas into tangible actions
- Foster connections with mentors

Participate in this survey to share your thoughts on the TransPonder Job Skills Program. The grant that funded this program ended in June 2026, and we are seeking feedback to see how this program impacted our community to inform future programs. ⁠

The survey will take approximately 10-15 minutes. ⁠

4 respondents will be selected randomly to win a $30 Target gift card. ⁠

📚 TransPonder Book Club meets every Tuesday @ 5p PT. We’re a social club that (sometimes) chats about books. Every month, we select a discussion book for, by, and/or about trans and gender-diverse people. Our club is open to cis allies, LGBTQIA folks, and gender-diverse people of all ages. FREE.⁠

✨ See our website for our monthly discussion book--we'll discuss it on the last Tuesday of the month. Reading the discussion book isn't required.

For the safety of our participants, anyone interested in attending a virtual group for the first time must meet with a TransPonder team member to verify that they are not a troll. This is only required for folks who have never attended before.
