UO Muxeres Muxeres is a Student organization at the University of Oregon focused on women empowerment, diversity

This year our internal director would like to focus on community building, diversity and cultural inclusion, as well as recruitment and retention. Mujeres is an organization whose main objective is to create a safe space for women, specifically women who identify as diverse or bicultural. It is time for a change, for women to be recognized for the powerful, intelligent beings that we are. We will stand and advocate for underrepresented groups and we aim to raise awareness about social issues that exist in today's society.
