Eugene Civic Alliance at Civic Park Our vision is to create a sports park on the former Civic Stadium site where children and adults alike can have fun, stay active, and Play On!

Founded in 2014, ECA is a 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation dedicated to building Civic Park. Eugene Civic Alliance (ECA) is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation established to build and operate a community sports and entertainment venue on the historic Civic Stadium property. Founded in 2014, ECA is currently working towards developing the site to serve as a place where thousands of kids can discover the joy of fitness and where local sports teams can compete.
