Local actors tell their beautiful and difficult truths of navigating the elusive joys, rising heartbreaks and bewilderments of aging. We have LOVED having the Pegasus Playhouse kids here for their summer stock shows! Thank you to Lookout Eugene-Springfield for the incredible article about Pegasus and the work they've been able to accomplish in our space.

CHICAGO opens this weekend at OCT, and you won't want to miss this talented cast. Shows run Friday & Saturday at 6:30 PM and Sunday at 2:00 PM. Doors open 30 minutes before showtime. Tickets are donation-based.

The youth theater group has been conducting its summer camp sessions at downtown Eugene’s Oregon Contemporary Theatre. This weekend, the teenage version of “Chicago” will mark the end of their time in the professional theater this year.

Juneteenth is an important day to honor that historic moment and reflect on the ongoing journey toward freedom and equality. It commemorates June 19, 1865, when enslaved people in Texas finally learned of their freedom—two and a half years after the Emancipation Proclamation was signed. We want to highlight these incredible Black authors, playwrights, and scholars whose work has preserved history and shaped American culture.
