We want to invite you to our Spring All-Member Meeting held on Tuesday, May 26th at 6pm in the school Library.
We will be reviewing our activities and accomplishments from 2025-2026, including North Eugene's very first annual Hall of Fame, and sharing our plans and goals for 2026-2027.
In addition to all the wonderful things planned for the upcoming school year, we are also looking for NEW Officers!
Any member in good standing can run for any seat. To be a member in good standing, please make sure you have paid your annual Membership Dues: https://www.nehsbooster.com/membership
Below is the information of the officer roles. The roles that have no one to run and fill them for next year are highlighted with **.
Executive Directors:
President- oversees/coordinates the NEHS Booster Club activities and presides over board meetings.
**Vice President** - Oversees general membership and fills in for the president as needed.
Treasurer- keeps track of all the funds in the Booster Club account, files taxes, and facilitates reimbursements to clubs/teams
Secretary- keeps minutes of board meetings, runs communication on social media
Directors At Large:
Concessions Manager- stocks and manages all concession operations
Volunteer Coordinator- Manages volunteers for various events, primarily for concessions
**Fundraising Manager**- solicits donations from the community/businesses to support general operations and NEHS teams/clubs
We would LOVE to have folks on the voting ballots for our Spring All-Member Meeting! Please email us at [email protected] and let us know which role you would like to fulfill! We are also happy to answer any questions.
Without each role filled, we will not be able to operate as effectively. Please consider joining us!
