Itinerary for our $5 two hour Authentic Relating class

-6:05 External doors close
-Required 3 minute meditation followed by the "crowd sourced meditation" game
-6:15 One sentence, one word reflective listening group warm up
-6:30 Five agreements and 3 frames of reflection Q and A (full documents linked below or attached to this email)
-7:00 Extended "check-in" break out out dyads; rose, bud thorn or P.I.E.S. (physical, intellectual, emotional and/or spiritual) framework options
-Group check in and then progression of AR games;

If you would like to attend AR, I will be hosting a two hour class at
the end of the day to wrap up CommunityFest. Booking details are
linked at the end of the conduct agreement form. Once that is signed, I will forward the address and parking instructions. You are welcome to sign the agreements and attend my other offered classes if you wish. Suggested donation of $5 for 10-30 people:

Starting January 4th 2025 I will be hosting a quarterly healing arts
gathering I’ll be calling “CommunityFest.” My intent is to hold space for the collective “you,” my local community, to practice your
interpersonal skills from a rotating list of classes I provide that I
hope you will find engaging, challenging and cathartic. Each class
syllabus is sourced from my 20+ years in massage therapy practice and 10+ years experience in hosting various group classes.
