💨NW Natural has fully given up on trying to greenwash their complicity in the climate crisis.

➡️This doubling down on dirty energy and extractive rate raises is a indictment of Eugene’s failure to regulate big polluters in line with our city and state climate policies.

‼️It’s high time Eugene residents see policy coming out of city hall that will address the dual crises of affordability and climate change.

‼️The University of Oregon and EWEB have entered a closed door partnership to expand UO’s fossil fuel use by 65% despite UO already being the biggest climate polluter in Eugene.

This comes on the heels of the City of Eugene ringing the alarm that we are failing our emissions reduction goals!

📝Use this link or the link on our story to register to give comment at the EWEB Commissioners meeting tonight and demand and end to this pilot and that EWEB remain publicly accountable!
