The Sims Park Beach Adopt-a-Beach Team Participants enhance beaches by picking up trash and recording their findings in the Alliance for the Great Lakes’ online Adopt-a-Beach™ system.

The Alliance for the Great Lake's Adopt-a-Beach program offers anyone the opportunity to volunteer to help clean up the Great Lake's beaches. The health of our fresh water is important! Clean ups help protect the water and beach, and relay important information. Surface fresh water is only accessible in a small percentage throughout the world. Most of which we have right in our home towns near the

shores of Lake Erie & the Great Lakes! That is something very significant and by helping protect it and keep it clean, you are helping improve our water and future generations.
