This week, we’re facing extreme temperatures that could climb into the upper 90s, making it feel even hotter. The sun is relentless, and it’s crucial to stay aware of the risks associated with heat exhaustion and heatstroke.

To protect yourself, make sure to drink plenty of water and avoid strenuous activities during the hottest parts of the day. Keeping your home cool with fans or air conditioning can also make a huge difference.

Stay safe and look out for one another as we navigate this sweltering heat! 🥵
