Hey all! We have an update! We have donated a total of 137 # of veggies to the food pantry! It’s wonderful that all these veggies are going to the pantry and helping those in need. As for the veggies in the garden, they are growing a ton and having a very good growing season!

Hey all! We have an update on the veggies! We have given the food pantry a total of 81 #! As for the veggies in the garden, they are having a very successful growing season. We are growing more varieties of veggies this season than previous seasons including peas, beets, potatoes, onions, summer squash, spinach, lettuce, zucchini, tomatoes,
cucumber, and radishes. Today was our very first harvest for the onions.

Hey everyone! Today was our very first harvest of the growing season! We harvested spinach, radishes, and lettuce that will go to New Hope Ministries tomorrow. We also planted more tomato plants where there was space and pulled weeds around the area.

These generous donations have helped us put in 6 raised garden beds, fencing, soil, and plants/herbs. Special thanks to Rich Askey for donating a bigger raised bed that has the potatoes growing in it. We currently have $700 for the rest of this year and next year.

Hi all! We checked on the garden today, and this is the progress we have made. The spinach and potatoes have started growing. The spinach can be harvested for the first time starting next week. Good news: No deer or pests have gotten into the vegetables so far, so the raised beds and fencing have been a huge help.
