As we continue in the brand-new school year, we’re excited to welcome new families to Pack 198 and share the adventure of Cub Scouts!

Cub Scouts Matters for a variety of reasons:

1. Building Confidence: From camping and hiking to Pinewood Derby races, crafts, and community service, scouts discover their strengths, set goals, and take pride in their accomplishments.

2. Developing Skills: Scouts learn teamwork, leadership, responsibility, and respect for nature and others—practical skills they’ll carry for life.

3. Creating Lifelong Memories: Whether it’s their first campfire, racing their car down the derby track, or exploring the outdoors, these moments become treasured memories.

4. Fostering Friendships: Cub Scouts offers a supportive, welcoming space where kids make friends that often last well beyond scouting years.

5. Inspiring Values: The Scout Law—trustworthy, loyal, helpful, kind, and more—provides a foundation for growing into responsible, caring, and ethical individuals.

If you're still interested in learning more about the Pack, join us tonight for our outdoor movie night and camp out starting at 6:00 PM. Come just for the movie, or stay for the whole night.

The kids love running around together until it gets dark and you can get to know some of the adults and leaders involved. Feel free to message with any questions!
