 Holly Bishop has resigned as President of the Auxiliary
 Jan Amen was voted in as interim president
 Ladies’ Auxiliary will host the Spring Vendor event pending vendors and weather
New and Upcoming Business:
 Jan Amen will discuss with Fire Chief Andy Sanders future of Ladies Auxiliary with low members.
